Returns
At Vander Amsterdam, we have a 14-day return policy. This means that you can register a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
After registration, you have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unworn and unwashed;
- have all original labels attached;
- be returned in the original packaging;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Unfortunately, we cannot process items that are returned without prior notification.
Return costs
The costs for returning an order are for the customer's account, unless an item was delivered incorrectly or is damaged.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered items
Check your order immediately upon receipt.
Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@vanderamsterdam.nl, so that we can offer an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
Would you like a different size or color? We ask that you return the current item and then place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Right of withdrawal
Within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by email about the approval of the return.
Upon approval, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used to pay for the order.
Any original shipping costs will only be refunded when the entire order is returned, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Processing by your bank or credit card company may take a few additional business days.
